您好！接德国邮政和瑞典邮政通知，由2018年3月1日起对电子商务物品实施以下海关变更政策：
1、德国海关决定由2018年3月1日起对电子商务物品实施单一清关费用，Deutsche Post AG會通过收件人征收包括增值税在內的6欧元单一清关费用（针对非免费关税或税金的进口包裹，即货价高于22欧元的包裹）；
With effect from 1 March 2018, Deutsche Post AG will levy a single customs clearance fee of 6 EUR, inclusive of VAT, on all imported letter-post or parcel-post items that are not free of duties or taxes (i.e. item above EUR22) and for which Deutsche Post AG incurred import taxes and/or customs duties on behalf of the recipient.
2、瑞典海关决定由2018年3月1日起对电子商务物品实施零增值税门槛，PostNord會通过收件人征收0 SEK以上的增值税。 增值税征收的服务费大概是150欧元以下收价值7.50欧元; 150欧元以上收价值12.50欧元。
With effect from 1 March 2018, Swedish customs decided to enfore the 0-VAT threshold for eCommerce items. VAT will be collected from the recipients for values above 0 SEK by PostNord. For the VAT collection they will charge the recipient a service fee of approx. 7.50 EUR for values under 150 EUR and 12.50 EUR for values above 150 EUR.
